TEHRAN, Iran, April 26. Iran's cargo transportation via Sistan and Balouchestan roads has reached 4.1 million tons during the last Iranian year(started March 21, 2021), said the deputy of transportation in Sistan and Balochistan Road Maintenance & Transportation Organization Teymor Bagheri, Trend reports citing IRNA.
"Oil products, cement, and construction materials were the major commodities transported via this route in this period," he said.
Transportation of essential goods is the priority for the Road Maintenance & Transportation Organization.
According to the official, essential goods including livestock inputs have been transported via Imam Khomeini Port during the coronavirus situation.
