President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Belarus leader Alexander Lukashenko have attended the opening of the new building of Belarus Embassy in Baku.
The Presidents cut a ribbon symbolizing the opening of the building.
The Presidents were informed that construction of the building started in June, 2012. The four-storey building will house both the Embassy and the Consulate of Belarus. There is also a five-storey residential block for staff members of the diplomatic corps.
The Presidents planted a tree in the yard of the Embassy.
The Heads of State then viewed machinery and vehicles produced jointly by the Ganja Automobile Plant and Belarus Tractor and Automobile Plant.
