Tuberculosis-Diseased Dies in Azerbaijani South Region

Azerbaijan, Lankaran, 26 August / Trend corr. P.Aliyeva / On 25 August, a tuberculosis diseased man died in Lankaran Region, which is located in south of Azerbaijan (270km of Baku).

Fifty eight-year old Rafig Babayev, a resident of Shikhakaran village, had lungs spit when he walked in open air at a yard of the clinic, Nuraddin Guliyev, the head doctor of the Lankaran interregional lungs diseases clinic, told Trend . The patient, who got 10-day stationary treatment, died of lungs bleed. Hot weather condition caused the patient's death.

A total of 1,350 tuberculosis diseased people have been registered at the clinic and 18 patients are getting treatment.
