Azerbaijan, Baku, 16 August / Trend corr. S.Kazimli / A policeman was stabbed in Baku, Azerbaijan.
On 15 August in Balakhani settlement, Vasif Mammadov wounded Senior Lieutenant Dashgin Rahimov, inspector of the police station 12, on the ground of private dispute, the Police Station 12 of the Sabunchu District Police Department (DPD) told Trend on 16 August.
According to the Police Station, Mammadov was arrested as a result of operative measures. He will be turned over the investigation on 16 August. Rahimov's health is satisfactory, the Police Station said.
