Returns of Azerbaijan's presidential election will be discussed during the winter session of PACE in January.
Seyidov said that 11 members of the PACE Monitoring Committee delivered a report on Azerbaijan's presidential election.
"PACE rapporteurs on Azerbaijan Andres Herkel and Evgeniya Zhivkova delivered a report on the presidential election in Azerbaijan. They voiced their positions on the objectivity of the Council of Europe's election observation missions. They believe PACE observation mission carried out top level work during the presidential election in Azerbaijan. But final reports noted subjective and double standards.
