The manifestos of candidates standing in Azerbaijan's upcoming parliamentary elections, calling on the voters to participate in the parliamentary elections, will be distributed soon. The Central Election Commission has already placed an order for the manifestos, CEC spokesman Azer Sariyev has told Trend.
He said that the manifestos will be distributed in constituencies and that they will be placed in crowded places.
"Depending on their type, the number of manifestos will be between 20,000 and 30,000 units. The manifestos are intended to be distributed throughout the country," he said.
Parliamentary elections are scheduled for Nov. 7. Previous legislative elections were held in November 2005. Parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are held by the majority system in 125 electoral constituencies.
