Azerbaijan will finish the registration of observers in constituencies today at 6:00 p.m. (Baku time), Central Election Commission spokesman Azer Sariyev told Trend.
The constituencies have registered roughly 32,390 individuals who will monitor the elections.
Sariyev said the total number of observers registered in constituencies will be determined on Nov. 3.
The parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are scheduled for November 7, 2010. Previous elections were held in November 2005. The elections are held by the majority system in 125 constituencies.
