The Special Envoy of the European Commission in Azerbaijan, Alan Vadmas met with the Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister, Mahmud Mammadguliyev on 9 October in Baku, Alan Vadmas told Trend.
According to him, the meeting focused on the final agreement of the Understanding Memorandum for energy co-operation between Azerbaijan and the European Commission.
The Memorandum will be signed by the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and the Chairman of the European Commission Chose Manuel Barosso.
