MSIIR provides 3 free places for Azeri applicants

The Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MSIIR) of the Russian foreign ministry has provided 3 free places for applicants from Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan state admission commission told Trend.

Applications can be submitted daily from April 25 to May 5 to the State Admission Commission. Students already studying for bachelor degree or persons with high education can not apply. Exams will consist of 2 stages. Applicants making more than 500 scores at the test exams will be allowed to the second stage, successful candidates will be presented to the MSIIR, which will choose 3 of them of free of charge education, others will be able to study after submitting required tuition fee. The second stage of exams will take place in Moscow at MSIIR. This time applicants will pass Russian and English language exams without regard to the faculty they choose. Students will pay $150 for staying in the student dorm. Payments had to be done 12 to 6 months in advance.
