BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 20. Number of real estate properties purchased by Azerbaijani citizens in Türkiye grew from January through June 2022, Turkish General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre (GDLRC) said, Trend reports via TurkicWorld.
According to the GDLRC, this figure amounted to 702, up by 109 on annual basis.
The directorate noted that in June 2022, Azerbaijani citizens purchased 131 real estate properties in Türkiye, which is 33 less than in the same month of 2021.
Meanwhile, the total number of real estate properties sold in the country rose by 11.7 percent compared to June 2021, amounting to 150,509 real estate properties, of which 8,630 were purchased by foreigners (growth of 81.9 percent in annual terms).
