BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 18. Number of real estate properties purchased by Azerbaijani citizens in Türkiye decreased in September 2022, Turkish General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre (GDLRC) told TurkicWorld, Trend reports on October 18.
According to the GDLRC, this figure amounted to 115, down by 47 on annual basis.
The directorate noted that from January through September 2022, Azerbaijani citizens purchased 988 real estate properties in Türkiye, which is 32 less than in the same period of 2021.
In September this year, the total number of real estate properties sold in the country decreased by 22.9 percent compared to September 2021, amounting to 113,402 real estate properties, of which 5,104 were purchased by foreigners (decline of 23.8 percent in annual terms).
