BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 6. Almet Trading Baku CJSC plans to issue bonds worth 2 million manat ($1.1 million), Trend reports.
According to the CBA, the issue will be divided into 2,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 manat ($588.24) per security.
The placement of bonds is planned in two tranches.
The maturity of the bonds is 24 months, the coupon rate is 13 percent per annum, and coupon payments are made every 90 days.
Almet Trading Baku passed state registration in March 2019. The company is engaged in the import and sale of fittings. The company has been engaged in the production of iron products since 2022.
