BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 9. Rental prices of apartments decreased in Baku in April 2023, CEO of Azerbaijan's MBA (Marketing, Business, and Analysis) Consulting Group Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
"The average cost of renting apartments in Baku amounted to 857 manat or $504.1 (a decrease by 4.03 percent over the month, and an increase by 13.21 percent over the year," he said.
According to him, the total volume of offers on the apartment rental market in the capital city in April 2023 amounted to 822 (an increase of 0.24 percent over the month, and 6.75 percent over the year).
