BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 9. Prices for renting private and country houses increased on annual basis in Azerbaijan's capital Baku in April 2023, CEO at Azerbaijan's MBA (Marketing, Business, and Analysis) Consulting Group Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
"The average price of renting the houses amounted to 856 manat ($503.5), which is year-on-year growth by 13.08 percent and decrease by 4.14 percent in monthly terms," Ibrahimov said.
According to him, in the capital, the total volume of offers on the rental market of houses, in April this year increased by 52.79 percent compared to the previous month, and year on year - by 47.84 percent, to 822.
