Azerbaijan, Baku, 7 March / Trend /From Jan to Feb, Azerbaijan International Operating Company (AIOC), which is developing the bloc of off-shore fields Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli , has produced some 6mln tons of Azeri Light oil, while in the same period of 2007 was only 5.3mln tons.
In February 2008, the oil production in the Chirag field comprised 487,000 tons, while in February 2007 it was 557,000 tons. The Azeri field produced 2.3mln tons of oil, and in February 2007 it was 2mln tons.
The daily oil production in the Chirag averaged 124,600 and in the Azeri - 598,300 barrels.
