In 2013 the Bakielektrikshebeke Joint-Stock Company, which is engaged in distribution and sale of electricity in Azerbaijani capital of Baku, conducted construction, reconstruction and restoration of transformer stations, according to a message posted on the company's website on Jan. 28.
In particular in 2013 eight transformer stations were built and 47 transformer stations were reconstructed and restored, according to the message.
Most of the built and reconstructed stations were in Binagadi, Yasamal, Narimanov and Khatai districts of Baku.
The works were carried out in order to ensure an uninterrupted and high-quality power supply to subscribers in Azerbaijani capital.
