Russia will be represented at the forum of gas exporters in Iran at an appropriate level, Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman for the Russian president, said, RIA Novosti reported.
"It is still unknown whether Russian President Vladimir Putin will attend the forum or not, the statement said. "This will depend on his schedule."
Earlier, the Iranian vice president delivered an invitation to the Russian president to attend the forum of gas exporters.
"In any case, Russia will be represented there at the proper level," Peskov told reporters Oct. 23.
