Azerbaijan exported about 52,900 tons of liquefied natural gas in 2019, which is 18.4 percent less compared to 2018, Trend reports referring to the report of the Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee.
Liquefied gas worth $12.1 million was exported from Azerbaijan in 2019, which is 24.5 percent less compared to 2018.
Azerbaijan exported 12.5 million cubic meters of natural gas in 2019, which is 1.6 times more than in 2018.
According to the report, the value of natural gas exported from Azerbaijan in 2019 amounted to $2.4 billion, which is 1.6 times more compared to 2018.
Azerbaijan exported 78,916 tons of liquefied gas in 2018, which is 8.6 percent more compared to 2017. Some 6.4 million cubic meters of natural gas were exported in 2018, which is 5.6 percent more compared to 2017.
