Iran's Energy Exchange announces products to be on sale August 4

A number of hydrocarbon products will be on sale at the Iranian Energy Exchange on August 4, Trend reports citing the Iranian Energy Exchange (IRENEX).

According to the report, Iranian Pars Petrochemical Company’s pentane plus; Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company’s solvent 402; Tabas Parvadeh Coal Company’s coal; Shiraz Oil Refining Company’s solvent 410 products will be on sale on the domestic floor.

“The liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) of the Iranian Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company; processed residue of distillation tower (ATR-140) of Shazand Oil Refining Company; pentane and LPG of Persian Gulf Bid Boland Gas Company will be sold on the international floor,” the report said.

Certain products on IRENEX may become available for sale at a later stage, but they are not listed in the initial release.

According to the report, today on Aug. 3, Iranian Kaveh Methanol Company’s liquid oxygen; Shazand Oil Refining Company’s CSO; Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company’s MTBE (methyl tert-butyl ether) and LPG products; Esfahan Oil Refining Company’s solvent 402, and solvent 502 products were sold on the domestic floor.

“Moreover, LPG of the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company; raffinate 2 products of Shimibaft Petrochemical Company were sold on the international floor,” the report said.

A total of 27,000 tons of goods worth more than 3 trillion rials (about $12 million according to the SANA system) were sold on Aug. 3.
