The revenues of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) from the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) block of fields in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea in January 2022 rose, Trend reports referring to the fund.
According to the fund, this figure exceeded $683.1 million, up by $438.1 million (almost 179 percent) compared to the same month of 2021 ($244.95 million).
The total revenue from ACG from 2001 to February 1, 2022, amounted to over $156 billion.
The equity participation in the ACG project is as follows: BP (operator) - 30.37 percent, AzACG (SOCAR) - 25 percent, Chevron - 9.57 percent, INPEX - 9.31 percent, Equinor - 7.27 percent, ExxonMobil – 6.79 percent, TP - 5.73 percent, ITOCHU - 3.65 percent, and ONGC Videsh Limited (OVL) - 2.31 percent.
