Over 65,000 tons of hydrocarbons on sale at Iran Energy Exchange on May 30

BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 30. Approximately 67,400 tons of various hydrocarbon products will be on sale at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX), on May 30, Trend reports.

Of the mentioned volume, about 20,700 tons will be on sale on the domestic floor of the energy exchange.

The following goods are to be offered on this floor:

- Iranian Persian Gulf Fajr Energy Company’s 200 tons of liquid nitrogen, 75 tons of liquid oxygen products;

- Kermanshah Oil Refining Company’s 2,000 tons of solvent 402;

- Tabas Parvadeh Coal Company’s 500 tons of heavy tar oil;

- Shazand Oil Refining Company’s 5,000 tons of CSO;

- Shazand Petrochemical Company’s 2,000 tons of pyrolysis gasoline;

- Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company’s 220 tons of heavy distillate, 300 tons of liquefied gas and 300 tons of Methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE);

- Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company’s 5,000 tons of Raffinate, 4,000 tons of heavy hydrocarbons;

- Shiraz Oil Refining Company’s 1,000 tons of iso recycle;

- Bushehr Petrochemical Company’s 88 tons of pentane plus products;

Also, 46,700 tons of products will be on sale on international floor of the IRENEX:

- Iranian Kermanshah Oil Refining Company’s 10,000 tons of distillation tower residue;

- Tabriz Petrochemical Company’s 200 tons of pentane, 400 tons of heavy hydrocarbons;

- Kharg Petrochemical Company’s 20,000 tons of methanol;

- Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company’s 1,000 tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and 5,000 tons of reformate products;

- Persian Gulf Star Oil Company’s 10,100 tons of solvent 402 products.

Meanwhile, the value of total sales at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) amounted to approximately 17.8 trillion rials (about $39 million), during the last Iranian week (May 20 through May 24, 2023). This is a decrease of 94 percent, compared to the previous week (May 13 through May 17, 2023).

The products at Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) are sold under the SANA exchange rate.

The SANA system is a system introduced by the Central Bank of Iran to the currency exchange offices, where the price of 1 euro is 451,555 rials, and the price of $1 is 421,442 rials.
