BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 31. About 68,300 tons of various hydrocarbon products will be on sale at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX), on May 31, Trend reports.
Of the mentioned volume, more than 11,400 tons will be on sale on the domestic floor of the energy exchange.
The following goods are to be offered on this floor:
- Iranian Abadan Oil Refining Company’s 4,000 tons of LCO and 2,000 tons of naphtha products;
- Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Refining Company’s 4,000 tons of pentane and 400 tons of butane products;
- Pars Petrochemical Company’s 1,000 tons of pentane plus and 20 tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) products.
At the same time, 56,900 tons of products will be on sale on international floor of the IRENEX:
- Iranian Pars Petrochemical Company’s 1,000 tons of pentane plus;
- Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Refining Company’s 3,000 tons of pentane;
- Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company’s 12,000 tons of reformate, 7,000 tons of Raffinate, 3,270 tons of heavy hydrocarbon products;
- Persian Gulf Star Oil Company’s 30,000 tons of light naphtha;
- Fannavaran Petrochemical Company’s 600 tons of methanol products.
Meanwhile, the value of total sales at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) amounted to approximately 17.8 trillion rials (about $39 million), during the last Iranian week (May 20 through May 24, 2023). This is a decrease of 94 percent, compared to the previous week (May 13 through May 17, 2023).
The products at Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) are sold under the SANA exchange rate.
The SANA system is a system introduced by the Central Bank of Iran to the currency exchange offices, where the price of 1 euro is 451,871 rials, and the price of $1 is 421,442 rials.
