BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 3. Azerbaijan exported 621,960 tons of crude oil and petroleum products to Croatia from January through August 2023, which is 3.36 percent of the total export of raw materials from Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
This indicator decreased by 9.26 percent (63,460 tons) on an annual basis.
The value of exports of Azerbaijani oil and petroleum products to Croatia in the specified period amounted to $355.5 million. This is 40.37 percent, or $240.7 million less than in the same period of 2022.
In general, Azerbaijan exported 18.5 million tons of oil and petroleum products from January through August 2023, which is 2.9 percent more than in the same period last year (17.9 million tons). In value terms, oil exports exceeded $11.2 billion, which is 18.14 percent ($2.5 billion) less than in the same period of 2022.
