( Mobile ) - That's the current rumor being passed around through the wire. The AT& T 8925, as you may already know, was bandying around as the HTC Tilt for some time. This is because, unlike the 8125 and 8525 (Wizard and Hermes) which preceded it, the display on the 8925 actually tilts upwards after you slide out the QWERTY keyboard. This provides for a more ergonomic form factor and a feel more akin to a mini laptop.
Nothing has been confirmed by HTC or AT& T at this point, but Negri Electronics is already taking pre-orders for the AT& T 8925, telling customers that the lovely Windows Mobile 6 device will be ready to pick up on Sunday, September 30th. Obviously, you should take this claim with a huge grain of salt.
After all, who launches things on Sundays? I'll be too busy watching football to notice anyways.
