The High Tech Park LLC of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan is starting to implement its own road maps, the key aspect of which is the formation of favorable investment climate for IT companies, Tural Karimli, executive director of High Tech Park LLC, told Trend.
He said that proposals regarding the legislative regulation have also been prepared, and they will be submitted to higher authorities.
“When it comes to encouraging foreign investments, it is envisaged to create acceptable conditions for foreign vendors so that they would be interested in manufacturing their products in Azerbaijan,” he noted.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the establishment of the High Tech Park Nov. 5, 2012.
