BAKU TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION PLANS TO PUT NGN INTO EXPLOITATION BY LATE SEP
The Baku Telephone Communication Production Association (PA) plans to put new technology NGN (Next Generation Network) into exploitation by late September, Trend reports. The Association purchased new devices and carries out installation work.
The Association noted that new technology would be applied on the base of telephone station /464 and affect on the improvement of service. The project is implemented by the Chinese Huawey Tech Investment.
The NGN is universal multi-purpose network envisaged for transmission of speech, image and data. The network will ensure qualitative service necessary for telecommunication traffic.
The technology will allow subscribers to use serves of VoIP-telephony, vocal post, multimedia services, virtual private networks, interactive games, videoconferences and house managers.
