President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhammadov made a number of personnel changes at the Interior Ministry, an official Turkmen source said.
Deputy Interior Minister Berdimuhammet Redjepov was dismissed "for the serious shortcomings in his work".
Lebap Region Police Chief Kakamyrat Berkeliyev was dismissed "for serious shortcomings in his work". Annamyrat Bayramov has been appointed to this post.
Berdimuhamedov signed a decree "On appointing and dismissing judges of Turkmenistan's courts".
