BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 10. The Yenish garment factory, located in the Turkmen city of Mary, has published production figures from January through July 2022, Trend reports via “Business Turkmenistan” news agency.
During this period, the enterprise manufactured textile products worth 19.5 million Turkmen manats ($5.5 million).
The main part of the factory's products is uniforms for the military, as well as clothing for children and adults.
Modern equipment from companies from Russia, China, Germany and Japan is installed in the production workshops of the enterprise.
Turkmenistan plans to allocate more than $300 million for the implementation of over 30 projects in the textile industry by 2025.
In general, over the years of independence, about $2 billion were invested in the construction of new and reconstruction of existing textile enterprises.
