Armenia and Norway have signed an agreement waiving visa requirements for persons having diplomatic passports, Tert.am reported.
At a press conference held jointly with his Norwegian counterpart Jonas Gahr Store, Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian reported that the Norwegian FM is on a return visit to Armenia. "Today we have a good opportunity to discuss bilateral relations, regional and international problems. We have signed a consulting agreement which will be of high importance for development of bilateral relations," Minister Nalbandian said.
The Armenian and Norwegian FMs are to participate in an unveiling ceremony of a monument to Fridtjof Nansen, a Norwegian explorer, scientist, diplomat, humanitarian, in Yerevan, Nov. 9.
