Five people were killed and a child injured when gunmen thought to be linked to al-Qaeda attacked the home of a policeman south of the city of Fallujah, police said on Thursday, DPA reported.
The gunmen shot and killed five of the policeman's family members and seriously injured the child in the area of Amriyat al-Fallujah at dawn. They fled the area afterwards.
