( ForUm ) - The people's deputy of the PR Yury Myroshnychenko considers that it is time to initiate impeachment. He told in exclusive interview to the ForUm's correspondent.
He reminded that according to article 111 of the Constitution of Ukraine, impeachment can be declared by two reasons: treason and crime against the state.
Answering the question whether the coalition has necessary 338 people's deputies to declare impeachment, Myroshnychenko noted: "They are here, we have 450 people's deputies."
He stressed that not the coalition will offer BYuT to vote for impeachment but the special committee of inquiry that should present legal treatment of the President's actions.
Myroshnychenko considers in case it is proved that the President committed a crime against the state, the people's deputies will vote for impeachment.
He also informed that the coalition will bring an action against the President's decree signed on April 25.
