The export of cement from Turkey to Kazakhstan rose by 101 percent from January through July 2021 compared to the same period of 2020, approaching $14.7 million, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend.
In July 2021, Turkey’s cement export to Kazakhstan totaled over $2.09 million in value terms, having surged 207 percent as compared to July 2020.
Turkey increased the export of cement by 24.9 percent from January through July 2021 compared to the same period of last year up to $2.6 billion.
So, Turkey exported cement worth $358.2 million in July 2021, which is by 2.2 percent more than in July 2020.
Turkey’s export of cement reached $4.3 billion over the past 12 months (from July 2020 through July 2021).
