One aspect of the European Union's policy on Azerbaijan stands as telling indicator of double standards, says Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of Azerbaijani presidential administration, chief of the administration's foreign relations department.
"How is it that Switzerland and EU fail to prevent their companies and representatives from operating in occupied Nagorno-Karabakh?," Mammadov asked in a tweet Oct. 23.
"Whereas they are not present in South Ossetia, Abkhazia or elsewhere," he further stressed.
