Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. S.ILhamgizi / Azerbaijan renders moral and political support to Turkey to fight against terrorists of the Kurd Worker Party, Ali Ahmadov, the executive secretary of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party, said in the interview to journalists on 3 November.
According to Ahmadov, Azerbaijan backs Turkey on struggle against terrorism due to three reasons. 'We do not want innocent people to be victim of terrorists. Azerbaijan suffered from Armenian terrorism, therefore Azerbaijan takes active part in struggle against terrorism," Ahmadov said.
Turkey has a strong army able to contradict the Kurd Worker Party and to settle more serious issues.
