"NATO is not an agency to investigate public opinion. NATO does not seek for new members and we call Ukraine to join us. Our principle is to keep door open for any European democracy willing to join the alliance and follows standards for membership to NATO," NATO representative on interrelations with Russia and Ukraine, stated.
Today, the plan of actions on Ukrainian membership to MAR has been discussed. "This plan open way to more concentrated analyses and procedures to reach any concrete promotion," he said. Submission of this plan to Ukraine will be the relevant topic of discussions during the meeting of NATO member-countries in Bucharest on 4 April.
