Azerbaijan, Baku, Feb. 6/ Trend / The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order on writer Jalil Mammadgulizade's 140-th anniversary.
The National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan and the Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic are in charge of preparing and implementing the event dedicated to the anniversary, considering the proposals of Union of Writers of Azerbaijan.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan is in charge of resolving the issues arising from the order.
