The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order granting special scholarship to three pupils of a musical school, national information news agency Azertaj reported.
Farida Rustamova ( BulBul Music School), Ramiz Sevdimaliyev (special music studio school under Baku Academy of Music) and Zakhra Yusifli (Leopold and Mstislav Rostropovich musical school No 21) were written into the "gold" book of young talents. Young musicians were also awarded by special monthly scholarship.
