Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev expressed his condolences to Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.
" I have deeply saddened by the news of numerous human casualties in an explosion at a coal mine Suxodolskaya-Vostocnaya in the Luhansk region. I express my sincere condolences to you and relatives of the victims. I wish a speedy recovery to the victims," a condolence message reads.
