Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev telephoned Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Dec. 13, the press-service of Azerbaijani President reported.
President Ilham Aliyev extended his best wishes to the Turkish PM on successful completion of his surgery, wished robust health and successes in his activities for the prosperity of friendly and fraternal people of Turkey.
