Dynamic development between Albania and Azerbaijan in areas of mutual interest is observed, the President of Albania Bajram Begaj said in his congratulatory letter addressed to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of May 28 - Independence Day, Trend reports.
