“We postponed the rallies for other time,” Isgandar Hamidov, the head of the �Builders of Civil Society’, also chairman of the National Democratic Party of Azerbaijan (NDPA), told Trend.
“We focus on the election campaign of the 40 candidates registered by the bloc. Therefore, we have no time to prepare for the rallies,” he added.
Hamidov also noted that the main factor for starting of the rallies would be results of the elections. If the elections are falsified, we will make decision on holding of interrupted rallies, which will also differ by mass character,” he added.
