117 oppositionists resign

117 people left ranks of opposition parties in the regions Salyan and Imishly. The press service of the Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP) confirmed the information about resignation of three members of the party in Salyan, Trend reports.

Husseyn Pashayev, the head of the New Azerbaijan Party (NAP), said that 114 oppositionists resigned from the Imishly region division of the Popular Front of Azerbaijan Party, Musavat Party and ADP addressed to them to join NAP.

Former oppositionists stated that opposition leaders were responsible for confrontation taken place during the rally in Galaba square on 26 November. They noted that attempts of the opposition leaders aimed at violation stability in the country are waste.
