Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on ensuring the implementation of the Law on injecting changes and supplements to some legislative acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, dated 1 September 2005, Trend reports.
Under the law, with regard to ensure the implementation of the law, the words �Ministry of Interior Affairs’ is excluded from the 4th and 5th paragraphs of item 2 of the presidential decree on the application of the law on State obligatory personal insurance of the military, dated 25 July 1997.
The decree enacts into law since the date of publication.
