Russian and Ukrainian defense ministers met in Baku

The head of Ukrainian military department Anatoly Grisenko and Russian defense minister Sergey Ivanov discussed the issues of military and military-technical cooperation and interrelations of military departments of Russian Federation (RF) and Ukraine at the bilateral meeting in Baku today.

According to information provided by ITAR-TASS, Sergey Ivanov started this meeting as soon as he arrived in Baku on a visit.

at the same time, Anatoly Grisenko offered to consider the issues related to the activity of the commission of Putin-Yushenko and other matters reflecting bilateral interest in different spheres.

According to the Russian military delegation, the Russian side are ready to sign intergovernmental bilateral agreements on inter-activity for conducting inspection measures at the dislocation places of the military unions of the Black Sea fleet, as well as mutual protection of the rights in result of intellectual activity.
