Azerbaijan, Ganja / Т corr V. Mammadov / Vugar Aliyev was appointed the Head of the Azerbaijani Ministry of National Security's Ganja City Department. Prior to recent appointment Aliyev was the Deputy Head of the Department.
He replaced Aydin Muradov in this post. Muradov was re-appointed to this post in August 2006.
He held the same office in 1996-1997.
