Azerbaijan and Czech Republic will sign an agreement on cooperation in tourism.
Czech Ambassador to Azerbaijan Radek Matula invited Azerbaijani Culture and Tourism Minister
Abulfas Garayev to pay an official visit to the Czech Republic during the meeting, Culture and Tourism Ministry told Trend. Garayev accepted the invitation.
Within his visit Matula offered to sign an agreement on cooperation in tourism.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the current state and prospects of cooperation in the cultural sphere between Azerbaijan and the Czech Republic, focusing on such topics as dynamic development, as well as exchange and joint participation in international projects.
Minister offered to sign a bilateral agreement in culture between the relevant agencies of Azerbaijan and the Czech Republic along with cooperation in tourism.
Garayev invited Czech tourist companies to attend Azerbaijan's international tourism and travel exhibition, annually held in Baku in April.
At the end of the meeting Matula expressed his confidence that cooperation in tourism and culture between the two countries will further expand.
