Azerbaijan intends to activate the educational co-operation with the Black Sea Economic co-operation (BSEC) member-countries. The Education Ministry of Azerbaijan has prepared a conception regarding acceleration of the co-operation with the BSEC countries, Trend reports quoting the Ministry.
The conception envisages activating the scientific relations, exchanging the achievements of scientific researches, using the modern information technologies, unifying educational standards with recognition of documents regarding education, creating opportunities of mobility for the students and employees of educational institutions.
BSEC includes 11 countries Azerbaijan, Armenia, Albania, Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, Moldavia, Russia, Romania, Ukraine and Turkey.
