BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 7. Azerbaijan's economy will grow in real terms in 2022, Trend reports via the updated report of the Fitch Ratings agency.
According to the report, this figure will grow by 2.7 percent, which is 0.2 percent less than in the December forecast due to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
The report said that weak economic growth in the CIS region and high inflation will be balanced by a sharp increase in revenues from oil and gas exports.
"Azerbaijan will obtain high profits from gas exports in the face of high demand and prices," added the report.
