BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 11. The Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) will host an auction to place bonds of the Falcon Finance non-banking credit organization (NBCO) LLC on April 13, Trend reports via the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
A total of 700 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 manat ($588.2) each with a circulation period of 12 months and a yield of 14 percent will be put up for auction.
The placement underwriter is AzFinance Investment Company OJSC.
Bonds of Azerbaijan's Falcon Finance NBCO worth 700,000 manat ($411,764) were included in the standard listing segment, following the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on February 27.
