BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 16. Anglo Asian Mining PLC extracted 28,680 ounces of gold equivalent in Azerbaijan from January through September 2023, which is 33.4 percent less year-on-year, Trend reports.
The data from the company shows that gold production decreased by 41.3 percent to 18,771 ounces, copper production increased by 11.6 percent to 2,111 tons, and silver production decreased by 65.2 percent to 50,272 ounces from January through September 2023.
In addition, the company produced 17,340 ounces of gold, down 41.3 percent, and 7,920 ounces of silver, down 64.2 percent, from the Gadabay doré deposit from January through September 2023.
